5. Participation: we invite all Ladies and guarantee fair access to all competitions, shows, titles and awards.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

1. Arena – sand base – 30m x 70m.
2. Exercise arena – indoor, sand – 15 m x 35 m, outdoor, grass.
   Attention! Riding out of marked area is forbidden!

MEETING PROGRAM

1. Dressage competition (takes place with at least 5 horses)
2. Jumping competition (takes place with at least 5 horses)
3. Elegance show
4. Historic show
5. Freestyle show
6. Choice of the Lady of the year
7. Choice of the Fair-play Lady

The organizer invites for the following competitions and shows:

1. Friendly meeting.
2. « Good of horses first of all » – meeting with Malgorzata Morsztyn and Wojciech Mickunas – authors of movie « Horses want to understand us », laureates of Golden Hoffnail 2008.
3. Piotr Michnikowski – exhibition of sculpture.
4. Bogumila Malota – exhibition of dress and paintings.

ORGANIZATION

1. Stable is open from 11.06.2009 from 8.00 a.m. After the organizer is informed, there is a possibility of earlier arrival.
2. Organizer guarantees for free: – accommodation for participants, – stable for horses of participants.
3. Fees:
   • 30 z? entrance fee for the first start in competition or show,
   • 30 z? for each next competition or show,
   • 30 z?/h for lending organizer horse for training,
   • 50 z? for start in first competition or show (own saddle required),
4. Accommodation for company of participants :
   • in organizer place resort, in houses equipped in bathroom and kitchen annex- 20 z?/day
   • in « Hotel Le?ny » in Gliwice (30% lower than standard fees: http://www.tur.gliwice.pl/cennik-lesny.html)

   The number of places needs to be booked earlier by the organizer forms.

5. Food: in own range. There will be possibility to buy hot food on place during meeting.
6. Organizer do not respond for any damages, accidents and rubbery. Insurance in own range.
7. Requirements for horses: actual examinations and vaccinations.
8. Confirmation of arrival Leeds to be sent In written form.
9. Fees taken on place.
